From what I got out of it, they are hub caps but I could be wrong.

 

What is it like? Who built it?
I cant find the ATV Sport Mag.

 

Quadtech built the bike to show off there aftermarket parts and had the engine done by sparks racing. The owner of Quadtech said he was supposed to build this and show off their parts and then sell it, but after riding it, he has changed his mind.

 

Don't think I've seen ATV Sport magazine around here.
