Facts On Honda 90ex

Probably the most solid and well built mini out there - TRX90 and 'zuki LT80 will last forever. TRX is one of the largest in mini size and is set up like most full size quads - foot brake, hand brakes, 4-speed auto-clutch. Good power in all ranges, decent brakes and despite all the gripes from the mags, 2" or so of suspension works fine in trail riding conditions.
On the bad side is the lack of electric starting, very cold natured for the first few minutes of riding time and the biggest of all - highest price of all the mini's. Even with the $200 drop to MSRP of $2,499 there are many full size bikes available for only a few hundreds of dollars more.

My 2 sons have TRX 90's . No real complaints with them at all. Everything about them is already mentioned. As far the electric start goes it's never been an issue for us. My oldest son (10yrs) has no problems starting it at all. The cold naturedness of it I took care of in the cooler weather by running a hotter plug in it, that made a world of difference.....Jaybeecon55. Do you have any pic of your sons 90 with the rear rack on it. If made kids have any real complaints with their machine it's lack of reverse and no racks....Thanks

Trex300 - I'll borrow a digi-cam next weekend and post some pics of the rack. I bought the bike used and it came w/rack, so I'm not sure where it came from. Works well though.
