just checking to see if anyone is riding this weekend. i think we are going to make a day trip with some friends saturday. we might go to coosbay if there is a lot of people going there. he just had his raptor done some new kit he says it is a 700 something, probably a 105 bore. well it should all be fun.

 

We went to coos bay last weekend. Don't go there it's bad luck[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img] the first ride one of the quads chain jumped off and bluw a rock size hole in the trasfure case, and then our friends kid hit a 4x4 post sticking out of the ground and it bent the rim enuff so he had to buy a new rim. A month ago when we went one of our friends blaster's sezed, and when i had my blaster it had a whole bunch of problems there. Just to worn you!

me and the wife will probably be at florence but i am not sure which day yet because i am still waiting to get my swingarm replaced on the raptor.i am losing my patience with the shop that is doing the work because it has been 4 weeks now but i am trying to avoid getting the old blood pressure up if you know what i mean.we will still ride this weekend if the raptors not done which just means i will be riding the baja instead.how is the honda running?

tyre if you knew dune and had seen his raptor, you would know the answer to your question, his is one of the best set up raptors i ever seen, i've even rode it and would have to say it would be a hard choice betwwen the two, and with the engine he has, i think the raptor would be in the lead. well it must be something in the air the honda is like the swingarm still down, they still can't get it to run. powroll has been great they have offered to check it all out for me when it is done, if it isn't ready for the weekend think i'm going to hook up the boat and go skiing.

to answer your question tyrespinner the raptor is a much faster ride than the baja but for an every day quad i still prefer the baja.i am leaving the baja stock until it is time for a rebuild then i may build it up but for now i am very pleased with its performance for a stock quad. sandman it looks like i will have the raptor for the weekend after all now so if you are going to be there let me know and we will meet up with you somewhere.

 

hey guess what is in my drive way. yes a red honda 400 so it looks like a saturday ride for us.
