I was out breaking in the new motor and was riding it nice and slow, did not hold wide open all the way yet, i was just cruzin along and all the sudden i heard a loud SMACK on bottom end of motor, but it still ran, as i was pulling it up on the trailer i heard a few other loud smack noises, and kinda felt the case with my foot when this happened and it felt like something was trying to break through my case!!!! the bike still ran but im not dumb enough to take any chances and run it...what could this be , in all my years of 4 strokes i have never heard anything so loud in a motor, i know something is busted in there..............it has never ran like it used to when it was a 720, its never had the same power, samcoe performance will replace the motor within 1 week with completely new motor or there might be some problems, i have spent over 4,000 dollars just being a guinni pig for his non reliable products that i have recieved from him, has this happened to anyone else [LOUD BANG IN BOTTOM END,IT COULD EVEN BE THE HEAD ] are we in this sport to get pounded by these dealers??? is this some kind of JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think i have a needle beaing in bottom end and i just dropped the oil out of bottom end and it had 1 inch long strips of metal, before i ran this new motor i cleaned oil res filter and there was a ton of metal shavings and small chunks clogging it up, i asked sam about it and he told me it would be fine, Yea right, before the bike went to his shop i had cleaned the oil res filter so i know it came from his work, last month i was cleaning out brass shavings out of bottom end, he said this stroker would not produce brass if faulty , it was a steel or metal or aluminum needle bearing i THINK...i saw no brass when i saw the components he said was in motor.. i fired up the motor anyways and it reved fine but was making a noise from bottom end, would the flywheel cause metal debri????

Well one things for sure your going to have to pull the motor out and send it back to him, or have it pulled apart locally. Man that sucks! I feel your pain i went through the same horsesh!+ when they sold me the kit! Luckily I assembled my own motor and found numerous things wrong with the kit. Hell I think I did all the R+D on the 733 for them! My piston hit the head, the crank wasnt true, and they sent me the wrong wrist pin, it fit but it was a 1/4 of an inch to short. The scary thing is it would have worked for a while till it beat the snap ring out of the piston then it would have launched the whole motor!!!! Also they did not say anything to me about shimming the jug to acheive 0 deck hieght untill i called them and asked why the piston stuck out of the jug by .040 !!!! I can say one thing positive, they worked with me through all the problems and took care of all shipping charges and this thing does run like a raped ape now!!! One more thing, the crank shaft was to thick, and i had to have them machine off like .023 for it to have the proper case clearences, because there was no case shims available to acheive the right clearence When you use the corrillo rod. That rod is wider than the stock rod. Well good luck!

At least im not the only one, i sure hope he can fix the prob quik, ive been out 2 months because of this BS...i had the same wrist pin issue, what is this guy running , some kind of circus??????he should get it right the first time, we all dont have the time and we are not getting paid for this type of severe headache... im pissed now and i will give him 1 and a half weeks to have me a brand new motor at my doorstep or he will go out of bussiness with lawyer fees i promise...he thinks he knows, BUT he has no idea

That wrist pin issue is what cost azsand a 733 motor i think! Give him hell! Do yourself a favor, talk to sam and only sam. I got nowhere talking to his monkeys! They fired the guy that used to answer the phone so maybe there better now but i would not take any chances!

SAMCOE PERFORMANCE out of california, cant you tell what a big league operation hes got he cant even seem to get clearances right, piston top cut, wrist pin size, valve clearances, jetting, fuel, or customer service??? Stacys bike is just a great runnin beast and only get blow by when running funny fuel.[ expected]..and runs even stronger than that 763 by far, Better motor assembly by stacy much better...
