I wish I could say that I have more money than sense, but I don't. I am trading in my 2003 Kodiak 450 Auto plus $1,000 to get a 2004 Honda Rancher 400 AT. I'm not trying to start the Honda/Yamaha debate. I just never cared too much for the Kodiak. My dealer has a 2003 Rubicon left-over that I can get for $500.00 more. Is the Rubi worth the extra $$$? 500 cc vs. 400 cc. Water cooled. Blah, Blah, Blah.
My riding is not technical by any means. I hunt is Missouri a few times a year that includes climbing Ozark hills. Riding down here in Florida is mainly muck and sugar sand, but no climbing. Very little work. Mainly pleasure.
Thanks, Enigma206

Why don't you go ride a machine with IRS? The ride is WAAAY better than on that Rancher. Plus you'll have more clearance. We've got three Polaris Sportsman 500's. They have excellent power, clearance, and the ride is second to none. Don't let anyone on here kid you about Polaris reliability. We've got over 8 thousand miles on them in the last 15 months. Only had to replace a couple of cv boots, and we had a ball joint go bad. You should at least try one out, I think you would be pleasantly surprised.
