Whats the best pipe for the 250?

Dont go with anything other than HPD,RCR,Hotseat and AAEN. These are the only companies that actually build and test to get the most hP from the Polaris engine. When you get a pipe it is a must to get a clutch kit that matches the pipe to get the most performance from the pipe. FMF is a great company for performance parts but bad for Polaris. FMF does not make a clutch kit for that pipe so you dont know where the powerband kicks in. DG is absolutely the worst for polaris. HPD is at the top of the game. They really make the Polaris 2 strokes run.

I think if you do a search on FMF or DG in the Polaris forum you will find out that it is a forbidden mistake that is cautioned everytime it is mention, to the point people are tired of saying it.
The deal is the CVT is made so you can match up engagement and shift out so that you always at you max HP throught your entire shift out. Companies Like Hot Seat, RCR, HPD and AAEN know these points with there specific kits due to extensive R&D and match things up so you get the most out of your machine. FMF and DG make Exhaust and no clutching for these machines so you are just guessing, that is the majior problem when going with the Non Polaris specific suppliers. Plus if you have a problem it is easier to pin-point when they know where you should be with what peformace parts you have.
