We all need to thank Honda for not offering the AP differential on the 450ES & S models. What a huge mistake. Hey Honda, get your head out of your a$$. No wonder they are losing their market share to other ATV's.

 

what do you mean by not offering the AP in the 450s and The ES.

 

if honda wants to sell there atv's even better they should put a 2wd-4wd swith on it. but honda want do it because they said they don't haft to because how they sell. but if they were smart they would put that.

5/18/00 Honda 2001 ATV Lineup! -- New Colors,New Graphics

New colors and graphics. If that is not true Honda form, I don't know what is. Other then the Ruby, nothing but a few visuals. I admit Honda is great, I almost bought one. But as good as they are, they could still change or add something more the "Team Honda inspired graphics".

 

Honda is smart they want nothing to do with disk brakes ,liguid cooling and selectable 4wd but they charge the same money as other brands that have .

 

The reason Honda doesn't have all these so-called "state of the art" things is because they don't just slap something on there and hope it works. (Polaris)Before they choose to put a new feature on, they test it for a few years and make it sure it will hold up. Sometimes the just slapping something on method works. Sometimes not. But which one is Mr. Reliable-Honda or Polaris?

 

The Yamaha Kodiak has all the options is it junk too? I just want to know why Honda prices are like they have all the state of the art stuff.If Polaris used air cooled motors,drum brakes and full time 3wd it's prices would come down to reflect that.

 

I can only say that honda's engine is the state of
art technology. honda's engine is the most relible
engine there is. Well is it? I think it is.

 

I agree Honda doesn’t have the technology as other makes and still charges the same price and dont tell me Honda doesn’t have disk brakes cause they haven’t been tested????/ whats on the 300ex?? whats on the 400ex? what was on the 250x? what was on the 250R?? You get my point to me I think quads should have manual locking hubs I wouldn’t want electronics putting me in 4wd or 2wd I dont trust them (I dont trust this computer either always gotta fool with it sometimes doesn’t want to open a page and stuff) this is coming out of a proud Honda owner I am really mad they did just change the name the colors and graphics (they did hint at two new models though) they also bumped up the price 300 bucks I am even mader that the new color caused a big hype cause thetas just what they want not spend the bucks to update and improve on there machines just slap some graphics a color that shouldn’t belong on a Honda in the first place and have ppl get marked up by the dealers and pay top price just cause they want a 400ex that is the color of a zuki or bombardier
o well hell it works so why should Honda update? I guess that is their analogy of this
I am a proud Honda owner and will never buy anything else (I dont got the money anyway )
I know have to Hondas this will be my 4th Honda we have had
p.s no offense when is polaris going to chose the polaris color ever brand needs a color honda red yamaha blue hmmmmm i guess just call it polaris purple
