Default 6" LED light bar installed, works great!!

I took the advice to install a LED light, and it works really nice: no burnouts yet!!! Thanks to all the people with helpful suggestions. I found a 6" bar of LED's that my motorcycle shop had, which is what I prefered over just a replacement LED bulb. I screwed it right on top of the old tailight. Looks real good and works great/bright.

Sounds cool! I would like to get something like that on my Raptor for night riding in the dunes. What interesting info can you tell me? Thanks.

Also, what all did you have to do to make your bike street legal? Do you have to have insurance? Just another thing you have that I would like to have on my Raptor.

sorry i didn't reply to this forum.

I found the LED at my local motorcycle shop. Several of these local shops carry them. Check a harly davidson, or chopper shop, they are popular.

In South Dakota, to be street legal you have to have: High/Low headlight, brake/tailight, mirror, horn, lic. plate, valid drivers licence, and that's it! No turn sigals, bumpers, motorcycle license, or even required to make hand signals (which of course i do to be safe).
