Default What type of assembly lube to use?

I am replacing my cam and the directions say not to use "moly" assembly lube because it can mess with the clutch plates. So what type or brand do all you guys use? I bought some Federal Mogul Assembly Lubricant from my local machine shop. They said that is what they use on all their car engines. Will this be ok for my Raptor? It does not say what is in it. Thanks for the help!!

For most stuff I bath the part in the same engine oil I will be running. For new cams I use lube. I found they dont say when they are moly usually. I just change the oil soon after working with it.

The stuff I use is Holley 99010 and it doesnt say. I get it at advance auto.

They also sell Sta-Lube which is definitely moly (it says moly on it). I would stay away from lubes that say "extreme Pressure" and "Graphite" they are the moly ones I think.
