questions about 450/451 web-cam for 400ex

Do you have to buy the hard-faced rockers when you get this cam? If so, how much are the rockers? What is the difference between the xr400 cam and the 450/451? Where is the best place to buy the 450/451 cam?

you do not need hard faced rockers.
it's the same cam as the xr 400.
