i found out this is not a scam, just selling so cheap do to the fact that his company went bankrupt, if we decide to buy it, he will send the quad to us and we test it, like it, find nothing wrong or fishy with it, then we send him the $$$ simple as that.

Are you sure? There are alot of scams going aroung right now. There's got to be a catch.
If you look on atvtraderonline.com. Just about every other type of quad has an ad from Milano Italy for a cheaper price including shipping. Scam. - Some scams involve a seller that only requires half the money or a portion up front and then they never send the quad and keep the down payment.
Another is a buyer that offers to send a check for an amount over the asking price. They ask you to cash the check and then send the extra amount of money to a third party that will handle the shipping for the buyer. The check is fake or bounces and then you are responsible for the amount the bank cashed the check for. The third party never comes for the quad or whatever. But the third party does have the extra amount that you sent him. That's where you lose, the extra amount of cash. Alot of these scams are listed from other countries. Although they might really be in the US or might even be in the terror business. Remember, people lie!
