Hey Everybody! There's a partial upper bike shot of the new Yamaha "Wasp" (as I call it)at the Yamaha web site.

They are definitely teasing us by only showing the top 1/4 of the bike , but it is the same one that was a spy shot in Dirtwheels June issue! If anyone doubts the intended purpose of this vehicle, look at how the rider is dressed and what he is doing! He aint been fishin'!!!! The official release will be on June 8th (after the dealer show)..Major KUDOS for whoever scores the first good picture and or info about this cool new bike!

How mean can they be? I am planning on buying a used Banshee in the next week or so. I got tired of waiting and I'm sure the new one will be at least $7K. I imagine if it's a screamer it'll be made of pure UNOBTAINIUM for at least 6-8 months.
But it's sure something to look forward to as a next bike a couple years down the road.
