look into hpd or hsp. the hsp pipe gets 10hp and its a total of around $350.

i would go with the rcr stage one kit. you will get very similar gains as you would with the hps or hsp's same products only at a much cheaper price can't go wrong with that.

The absolute least amount of money you could spend and see a descent increase in power is to ad a HPD trail pipe (which will to factory muffler ) The pipe comes with jets for $205 . Also ad a HPD plain clutch spring for $20 . With shipping and all this would total at $233. The Hpd plain clutch spring is what is in a HPD clutch kit and you could always get the rest of the kit later as your wallet allows . I recomend the clutch kit highly , but just the spring alone is a step in the right direction .

Another approach is adding a silencer $70 , a different filter set up (RcR hiflow airbox kit) $35 and a jet $3. This set up with shipping would cost about $115.

The $233 set up would ad about 8 to 9 horses .

The $115 set up would ad 3 horses.

With either kit as a starting point when it came to going to the next level all of the parts purchased would not need replaced as you went further into modifying your machine .

If the more expensive kits are out of your price range and you must *piece* it together , buy parts that don't need tossed out when you go to the next level .
