I appreciate every body's help in making this difficult decision. I FAXed an offer to every dealer within 50 miles of Phoenix. It seems their is a 'gentlemen's' agreement among all dealers not to make offers or counter offers by phone (or FAX). In this day of the internet economy, I can't believe they still behave this way. So today, I took out $1500 cash (in $20s to make it seem bigger) and went to one of the dealers who had turned down my offer. I went over my lunch hour so they knew I didn't have time to play games. Within ten minutes I had my deal (only $100/bike more than my offer.) Any way, I got them for $4400+tax/registration each.

Were these 2wd? 4400 is a good price. If they are 4wd then you got a HELL of a DEAL.

Enjoy the ride

2x4...if they were 4x4, they'd be given away for that price!

You got a real good deal you saved about $1200 off of MSRP (total)!

In March when we were looking at purchasing 2 quads I couldn't get them to budge on the Kodiak, Honda only gave me a couple of hundred off each.

You have a holiday weekend coming up, go out there & ride.
