i have an 02 trailblazer 250, and every thing mechanical is great, runs perfect and everything else is fine, but the whit plastics look like hell, white plastics show every damn scratch possible. i kinda wanna sell it, but no one would wanna bye it because of how it looks. any of you have any idea on how to buff out at least some of the scratches? do yourselves a favor never get a whit bike if your going to be in the woods.

Sorry to hear that. I keep thinking the new yfz I saw is sweeter than hell, but it is white with maroon. Think I'll stick to black. I am not sure that you can buff scratches out of plastic...only thing I can think of is new plastic. Or, old wives tale..use a white crayon to fill in the scratch marks and then give it a waxing. I have heard this works.....but can't confirm it.
Good luck

Plastic renew is the only way to go. but it's a lot of work. And doesn't hold up forever. I would spend a whole day plastic renewing it. Get it looking good. than sell it. But tell them the plastics been renewed.

Scratching your quad is part of the game. It ain't supposed to look like your street car. My buddy has a 2000 Cat that only has 600 miles on it but looks like it went through a war. It's been rolled at least 4 times that I know of. Doesn't hurt the way it performs.
