Does anybody know if the engine and swing arm from an 85 honda 250r ATC fit in any of the Fourtrax 250r frames? There are also conversion kits that I heard people talking about anyone with info please help...

 

the engine I knoiw will fit I have saw it done not sure about the swingarm though.

 

Since it will fit in a fourtrax frame, what year frame would be best and does anybody have one they want to sell? My ATC is in excellent shape, I wish I did not have to break it up but where I ride in New Jersey (rocks lots of hills and jumps) I must do it..

 

I know a guy with a conversion kit, the front brakes look cheesy and it probably don't handle like a fourtrax frame would. Don't know for sure, cause I didn't get to ride it. 89/88 frames are supposed to be the best, but any year would be a vast improvement over the trike in my opinion. I have heard the swingarm will interchange also. The
85 was watercooled right?
