I just purchased my polaris sportsman 700 and it rips. I did notice however, the stock muffler is very restrictive. I understand the reason polaris decided to do this was to keep the noise level down. The people who I ride with all ride noisy two-stroke dirtbikes, so you see, noise does not matter much to me. So my question is, what is the best most powerfull exhaust muffler I can put on my sportsman?

 

Hot Seat Performance has an exhaust for it. And MBRP has a stainless exhaust (or slip-on, can't remember) for it.

 

had an Aaen prior to my MBRP. http://www.mbrp.com/MBRP%20B/index_B.html sold the Aaen and have never looked back.
