2004 Yahama Kodiak 450 price
#1
Posted this in the wrong forum a minute ago... Hey all - my 1st post here! Been lurking for a while and this is a great forum! Anyway, here goes... I'm thinking of buying a 2004 Kodiak 4x4. The MSRP is $6,200 and I've got them to come down a little, but not much at all. What did you all pay for your '04 Kodiaks? How much do you think I can get them to come down? Thanks!

The dealers are less likely to go down on the 2004's because alot of them are trying to sell the 2003's.
If your getting a 2004 Kodiak450, it has a new button for the locking diff. I think it's new for 2004. Some models only have a locking diff. in low gear so I think it allows it to be on in the higher gearing.
It always seems like the great deals are a few hundred miles away. On a 2004, I would aim for at least $200. under the retail price "out the door" including tax and transfer fees. ($6000. OTD) It's not a great price but it's better than paying $200. over retail. Never pay over the retail price "out the door".
What price were you given? Was it "out the door"?
