Hello This is my first time buying my grandaughter an ATV.... I have no idea what to buy her. She is thirteen and about 120 lbs, she will mostly be riding on roads, sometimes trails

well iam 13 and iev been riding for 8 years. and i have a 250. but i want something bigger. but shes a biggner right. does she want a sport or a utility ? a automatic ? and a 2x4 or 4x4 ?

 

o ya and whats your budget for them ?

 

I wish I had grandparents that would buy me an ATV...Actually my grandpa left me money to buy one 2 years ago so I guess I do!!or did ne ways

A 250 like they are saying.There are alot of diferent 250's out there.Your best bet would be to take her to all the dealers you can find and let her choose which one she wants.Unless you are buying her a used machine in that case get a want add magizine and go check them out.But IMHO you are better off buying new,could be less headaches.

Trailblazerguy250,I didn't mean you I was talking in refence to buying one from a paper.Unless they know the person or have a friend that is a mechanic that can look it over,their best choice would be to go new.

 

Polaris Trailboss (330 4 stroke)or Trailblazer (250 2 stroke) would be good safe bikes.

Wide and stable with easy braking and an automatic tranny.

they are more affordable than most,,,and large enough to haul grandma around on the back (and grow into)
