Also one more thing... I am new to the 4-Stroke world dealt soley on 2-strokes... But i heard that with a 4 stroke you dont really need the full exhaust system ... for the most part its just the slip on? am i right? or have i been missed informed? another thing lol .. my buddy has a raptor.. (which is also in the process of a new top end it blew up also...) he complety stock.. except a 12t sprocket sometimes... if i had a stock 400ex and a slip on would i keep up? cuz that would be really cool! what slip on should i get? sorry for all of the questions thanks alot!

1) look at my sig, it has normal scraches, but it is yellow so you can't them intell your close up
2) No you don't need a full system, unless your motor is built
3) Mybe, if your light you will beable to win or berly get beet (if you have a good runing bike, mine i can take a stock raptor) it really depends on your whight!
4) Go with ether a white bro's, big gun, yoshi, or sparks, or maybe lrd.
sorry for my bad spelling! i hope i awsnerd all your questions! if you have any more just ask.

here in virginia beach my girlfriend just paid $3000 for a stock 2002 400ex. it is in almost perfect condition. the plastic is hardly scraped the rims dont even have many marks the tires are just bald cuz the guy rode it around the streets of his neighborhood.

400ex is decent stock, but remember to re jet the carburator if you add a slip on or it'll run terrible. Mine is bone stock and it is fun but no where as fun as my ATC 250r. My friend with the Blaster is ready to get one too. He is tired of getting wasted by the bigger bikes. A raptor is so much faster than the 400EX but not as fast as my 250r 3 wheeler.
