no, do the 2004 have chrome racks.I love the way it looks and it wheelies so easy just sit back and give it gas.

i don't understand what your trying to say (Are those racks chromed alond with the bars?) that kit should give you somthing I just put a clutch spring in my bike, it taks 2 sec to kick in but when it does hold on.It also makes my bike go 56.25mph little faster than the stock 50mph.
