Stock set up with the lid on is 145/150 with stock pipe. With this set up you can go with 150/155 main jet and turn out the air fuel screws out three turns make sure you turn them in all the way first then turn them out.If you are runnig with the lid off or cut two 2inch holes in your lid and with a K&N air filter you can run your main jets at 155/160 and do the same with the air screws. All this is with a stock pipe. If you like riding in mud and water i go with the 150/155 with the lid on and turn out your air fuel screws. Hope i help you out.

I'm running no lid and a gytr slip on exhaust. I've had some problems with my Raptor as of late. The idle screw I tried taking out it broke off. It always seem to run a bit rich so I'm jetting. Where is the Air screw located?

I have a Pro Design foam filter. I think foam traps fine dust better than a K & N. I bought the Raptor used and it was jetted for a high altitude area in NY. It seems to load up at times. I haven't gotten a jet kit yet. I also removed the carbs yesterday and now ready to jet it. I just want to see what the locals are running.

Your air fuel screws are on botton of each carb you need a thin flat head screw driver to get to it. With your set up go with the 155/160 main jet and turn those screws out 3 times that will stop it from poping went you rev it up.You know went you have to do a plug check went you are done running with it right you want to see brown on your spark plug if you have white on it you are running to lean then you have to jet it down but i thing you should be fine. Let me know how you make out.

Well a buddy of mine gave me his jet kit but it doesn't have the two largest sizes on there (he sold his Raptor). What I'm trying to figure out is what elevation is this State at? It's either 3000 ft below, or above.. no in between like. I might have to buy a new kit.. but the largest they had in there was 148 and 150.
