Default thinking about switching pipes, need honest opinions

Hi all, I have a 2002 raptor with a gytr slip on k&n pro flow and dynojet kit,all the rest is stock. It runs really good with no probs at all. I ride mostly woods and trails and some motocross. Im thinking about trying a full exhaust system. Ive been reading these forums for a long time and have learned a lot from you guys here and need some honest real world opinions. Im thinking of trying a full yoshi or a sparks exhaust and was wondering which one you guys think is best. Would either one of these kill my low end power compared too what i have now? From what i hear my setup now will give me the best torque, but its the only one ive tried so i cant speak from experience.

I dont want too loose my low end power, would even be nice if i could gain some with either of those full exhausts. And does anybody know how the midrange and top end would be with these compared too what i have? Does anybody think it is worth the extra $ to upgrade. I plan on keeping my engine stock for a long time,so i wont something that works with the stock engine well. I dont want something that im gonna have too rev up high too see the power increase. I dont have the privledge too ride dunes and stuff, thats why i want a good all around exhaust system. Is the sparks and the yoshi's powerband a big diff?
I also might try a 12 tooth sprocket in the front, does anybody think it would make a differnce in choosing one of these. Sorry for so many questions ,just looking for real world answers from real people, any help would be great thanks!

I would say stay with what you have! It is a good setup for stock motors Try the 12 tooth primary sproket you may or may not like it.

BTW Welcome to the group, congrats on your first post. Thanks for keeping it technical!

Save your money.

If you feel the need to change exhust to a full system my choices to you would be

1. regular mbrp head pipe (saw a honest 4hp gain on the dyno with my own eyes)
2. gyrt head pipe

I have always like the gyrt slip-on and i believe it does a good job. I have tried that one and others on my quads. Others dynoed a little higher but overall the gyrt had a better spread. Now when you start adding pistons/cams then my choices for exhaust change.

The answer to your question- sparks or yoshi. You will not see 450 dollars difference maybe 25 dollars worth of gain and 100 dollars in the looks deptment.

Thanks for the input, kinda what i expected, just wanted some more opinions. I will probably stick with what i have for now and do some other upgrades instead, maybe shocks or tires. Any other input welcomed, thanks.

bluethunder- You would gain more with a 125 dollar hotcam stage 1 than any pipe.
