Has anybody tried this?? Is really quiet?? does it reduce horsepower?? I think I want this for my 300ex. But I want to know if it really is quiet and if the quietness with consiterably reduce horsepower. Pleas try to find out or if you already know please tell me thanks.

 

I've got the IDS2 on a Polaris Scrambler 500. With all the disks in it is not that quiet. It is definitely an improvement over the stock pipe, but as with all 4-strokes the power gain is not as good as with a 2-stroke. The IDS2 is also the best looking pipe I have seen and comes with a new head pipe instead of just bolting on to the stock one. If you put all of the disks in you will have to re-jet.
