Depends on your elevation. Check your plugs . If you are above 2000ft you should not have to change as the bike "should" be fat to begin with as it ships with jetting to 1500 feet. Where did you get your filter from? Airbox mods on the V are tricky. I installed 2 TPI valves and it runs best with the sliders cracked open only 1/2 to 3/4 inches. when I Opened them up I noticed reduced performance. You may want to jet the hex jets up!

The stock jets are round. With the duals you will should be around 150/155 to 160/165. I'm running 148/150 right now with the quiet cores. With open pipes it will need to be richer.

BuggyBrian:

What elevation do you ride?? I assune it is under a few hundred feet. I am still running stock jetting for now due to being at near 3000ft.

Did you do some plug tests to determine your jet size??

Sorry, they are round. I thought they were the same as Keihin sled jets. I picked mine up today. removed/replaced with a small flathead screwdriver once the bowl covers are removed

5150,

I'm at sealevel here. HMF recommended 145/148 and I tried that at first. It was a little lean for my tastes, so I moved the 148 to the front and got a 150 for the rear. At your elev. you will not need that big of jets with the duals. I would guess like 140/145 to 145/148. Do a plug reading with a new set of plugs and run it hard (no idle). Good luck...
