different jetting for new cam and 426 piston?

I have a DMC full exhaust, KaN filter without airbox lid, WB rev kit on my 400ex. Right now i have a 40 pilot, 160 main, and i moved the clip down one groove on the stock needle. I just ordered a 426 piston with 11:1 compression and a 450/451 Webcam for it. Will i need to rejet for these mods? It's jetted pretty good right now. I no i have to run 100 octane, but what about jetting?
