Default cant get clutch cover screws out

I want to take the clutch cover off my 1995 425 magnum but the nut inserts are spinning in side the rear cover. Is ther any way to get the cover off without cutting the heads off the screws .
Does the front diff use gear oil , or does it just use grease ? I found a grease fitting on the left side of the diff for the bearing dont see a grease fitting on the right side ? Also , what grade of engine oil should I use 0w30??
I would sure appreciate some answers or suggestion on how to get the screws out of the clutch cover.

The cover you may have to cut the heads and eiyher replce the inserts and screws or use nuts and bolts. On the front transfer case it is just greased at that one zerk.Engine oil is 0w40 and I would recommend a synthetic like Mobil1 or better yet Polaris oil.
