I have been running 2.5" spacers that worked well, but I finally bent my axle.

What length, brand would be the best axle? Isn't there some axles that are easily adjustable for length. That would be a big plus for me, b/c presently I have to remove a wheel to get my raptor in the shop door. lol

also any tips on replacing it? anything I should go ahead and buy before beginning the install? like bearings, seals, etc?

I would suggest getting the RPM +2/+5 axle. I've never heard of any reported failures with this axle as I have with others. The RPM is easy to adjust by simply removing and adding shaft spacers. This axle also comes with a lifetime warranty. I would also reccomend going ahead and replacing your seals and bearings on your carrier.

The toughest part on my Raptors was removing the stock axle nuts. After that...went smooth as silk....[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img]
