Why doesn't someone come out with an ATV with a powerplant like a Suzuki King Kong Kat tripple 999cc, 168.4 hp stock, 351.0 hp with aerocharger turbo or a Ski-Doo Mach Z tripple 800cc, 324.9 hp with aerocharger turbo?

 

Becuase there are crazy people out there that will buy them and not know how to ride and kill themselves....and how are you going to get the power to the ground?? it is just not practical.

 

Who would want to straddle their legs over a 3 cylinder motor??? Besides without the snow to slow you down the quads would be super fast and you'd be dead ! That's like saying why doesn't Chevy/Ford sell a 1000HP car?

I have a 98 mach-z its pretty nuts, if you want to be the first across the lake you will win! I also have a 89 lt500r its also fast. The only thing I see is that most of these big bores are fast on the straights but, not so fast in the corners. Dont get me wrong a guy can still rail on these machines but, its less tiring to ride the lighter machines. I`m still without a doubt a big bore fan still. One of those machines your talking about would be insane. They said in dirtwheels a 130 horse turbo banchee is almost unrideable. Makes me think it would be impossible to ride a 300+ horse machine.
