Default Put on a 12 tooth today....

Unfortunately I didnt have time to try it out. Ill let you know how I like it tomorrow. What should I expect? I hope I dont lose a lot on top.

Default Put on a 12 tooth today....

Makes it a little more torque-ie(new word). You might loose a little top end, I mostly ride mountains and sand so I was willing to loose a little on top to gain some zip for climbing

yeah, a 12 will get you out of the hole faster if you race...and are definetly great for hill climbing.

Default Put on a 12 tooth today....

i just put my 12 on today and thought i was in first gear when i was in second because it was pulling like first.although first is a quick shift now.

Default Put on a 12 tooth today....

With the 12 tooth 1st is a real quick shift, if you ever happen to go with 22's on rear, switch to a 42 tooth on the rear, will bring it back to the original gearing accomplished with the 12/40 combo.
