Default Biffed at Sand Mountain, need raptor radiator..

I accidentilly launched myself and the Raptor over the top at Sand Mountain, Nevada after getting "sand blind".........I knew I needed to slow down and turn back down the hill, but at that moments of realization, weeeeeeeoooooohhhhhhssssshhhhhhiiiiiiiiiiiiiittttt tttttttt over the top I flew. Landed about a hundred feet down the other side.....it was very ugly.... I knew as soon as i saw the bottom drop out, that it was going to hurt....... Blew one of the tires off the bead, my buddy went to camp and got a tank of compressed air and a M/C Tie down strap and we reseated the tire enough to get back to camp, load up and head back to Reno.....set up camp at a location we watch the Air races from, and immediately got taken down to a Reno E.R.....thinking I might have a small fracture in the right leg.......no break, just soft tissue damage Ooouuuuchhhhhhhhhhh! Limped around camp for another week on crutches, and now use a cane....and it still way hurts....

Anyway the quad tumbled 100 yds down the hill, and in the process smashed the radiator, though miraculously it still holds pressure, bent several brackets, new trailtech speedo mount, and the rear subchassis. Amazingly no plastic damage, no suspension damage, didn't break any levers......it could have been way more ugly! For me and the bike!

So anybody got a Raptor Radiator???

03 LE Raptors are LUCKY!!! and so are the drivers....I had a REAL bad accident and I walked away with just bruises...the Raptor suffered a bent subframe and axle. No plastic broke, levers just got bent a BIT. Look around on ebay...they usually have radiators w/fan or wo/fan. Good luck!

03 Raptor owners ARE LUCKY! My buddy has the red flamed 03 LE. He was going up a trail, and a small deer jumped out in front of him..he caught the a$$ end of it and sent him spinning. Bent a rim, maybe an a-arm, the rad was bent like crazy..but same as yours..it holds pressure and works great..coodoes to yami for making a tough rad! My bud was pretty roughed up..but hes alright now. laughs about it..i got him a couple of those deer whistles to put on his helmet! Rocky mountain lists a radiator for a banshee....but I don't know if that'll fit the raptor.
