Default new DS720 w/everything, parts from the 3 big builders

hey guys as of now I have some of my parts back and am waiting for others. Here is what I will have by thursday
Stock Clutch w/TVI HD springs and Redline Synthetic Oil
MBRP Full Exhaust w/Trail Silencer
Holeshots in the rear
105mm JE Forged 12.5:1 Piston
105mm Sleeve
Web Shim Under Bucket Kit
Aluminum Base Gasket
O-ringed Cylinder
Ported Cylinder Head
Web 109 Cams
TVI HD Cylinder Studs
Vortex Adjustable CDI w/9500 RPM Rev Limit (Done by TVI)
Dual Keihn 39mm Carbs with thumb throttle and KN single filter
Adjustable Cam Chain Tensioner
Clear Radiator Hoses
CF Rad Scoops and Sprocket Cover
Pro Design Kill Switch
Stainless Steel Reusable Oil Filter

here is what i need to know. With this setup what kind of startup jetting with I need for the duals? with or with accel pumps? I know there has been alot of bad stuff going around about sam coe but to be honest I think this motor will run fine when i get it back together. I read all the posts about him and noticed that the problems people were having have been fixed and that the one major problem someone had was when same worked on the bottom end and whole motor. I just sent him the head and cylinder and from what I've read from other forum members that is the best way to go. He is even sending me it back next day shipping for no extra charge because a part didnt come in on time. I think this is gonna be a kicking setup but we will see. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Yes this will be an interesting motor combo, I hope your motor comes out running strong and reliable DS650King..I would over look ALL ofl the work that has been done by whom-ever in any situation..Its always good to have a few different opinions.

I think you might need to come here to the DS forums for jetting help..It all depends on what kind of fuel your going to be running and what octane you run [and elevation] ..I havent had a chance to play with the dualls though yet...I think ron woods usually sends the carbs set-up for sea level..At least they have when I have ordered 45s and such.

Who is going to do the final assembly of your motor?

Ron Woods, is located in Costa Mesa, CA. Costa Mesa is spanish for Coastal Plateau. They are very near sea level, jet accordingly which is very likely why they all come jetted that way.

this guy I know from my area is puttingit together, he has worked on atv and dirtbike motors his whole life so I trust him, I took it apart myself, it was simple. I did order the carbs through ron woods and i am near sea level sothey should come setup prettygood but he doesnt even know what i have so I dont know how he would said them up. lets just see how the same coe, tvi, ronwoods motor setup goes. annihalater do you have any tips for installation??/

Use ply-o-bond for head gasket, and ask Gary [TVI] for tolorences, piston clearance and valve clearance...The punisher did a motor for me and everything was fine...He knows some stuff that may help you, you can PM him...,.

This motor package your doing I noticed is almost identical to what i am haveing done to one of my DSs right now [should be done in three weeks], but Im going with higher compression, and have done some things to the bottom end to make it clown a little harder...My mechanic is also doing a few things to the head that I have not tried before..Hopefully these bikes will last..Sounds like you have a power house being built..Pm Punisher and he will help you with assembly questions.
