This is just my opinion. When changing tire size like from 20 to 18 you may go up on your front sprocket maybe from 13 to 15 but it will alse depend on the mods you have in your ride. When I used XCT's in my 400EX I went to a 13/39 combination. It will also depend if you ride MX or trails I usually ride in tight trails.

well start off with a 14 tooth front sprocket then maybe drop a tooth or two in the rear. do you want plenty of top end or do you want low end? I would maybe put a 36 on back and should have plenty of top end speed. I think that would be good for 18in tires. later

wow you really put small tires on that thing i put 20s on replacing the stock 22s and that the 14 tooth was too high (also this is a higly modded moter) so with 18s on it i would mess with rear sproket size and leave the stock 13 up front. i assums you want to gear the maching up if for some reason you want to gear down i would get a 12 up front. another tip is buy all 3 countershaft sprokets, if you get them from like rocky mountain atv they are only like 6 bucks each

good luck
