Honesty I think that the money you'll be spending would be better invested in a more high performance machine if thats what your after. Warriors are great machines, but much like the 400ex's they've come past thier prime.

Probably be about even, maybe a tiny tiny touch more. Mine recently wasted ANOTHER oil pump, but before it went it was prolly making 31 or 32hp. Youll need about 35 or 36 to beat a stock raptor, if the extra ccs gets you that you can beat him. Im not real sure about how reliable a fully modded warrior is though. Last time mine lasted 4 hours and boom. This time it lasted about 10 hours and the oil pump was eaten up, I managed to save the top end this time though. This may be an isolated thing caused by something that was wrong before I started modding it but I know it likes to cough up metal in its oil and that eats up my oil pump. Anywho, If I dont run out of money I got a little street bike motor going into mine.

I wouldnt mess with it. I had a 2001 warrior and didnt touch it after two of my friends went into the motor and they lasted no less than a days ride. They are good bikes as they are but if your looking to pump it up I would just save that money or put it down on a used raptor and sell your warrior to make up the difference. JMO

Your warrior won't stand a chance against a Raptor, even fully worked over with a 435.......its only got 2 valves, and just won't flow nor go against a modern sport quad.........you'll be neck and neck with 400ex's, but not anything else......I rode my 400cc stroker cammed ported big bore warrior from Powroll, but it just can't beat the newer technology.
Save your money for a new quad, don't spend the $2K to rework the 350 Warrior if its still running fine.
Been there spent that.

If all you are going to do is bore and stroke it then no. It will be really powerful but no speed power. You will need to do head work and other things too to make it take advantage of the displacement increase. But a fully worked 435 Warrior shouldnt have any trouble beating a stock 400ex. A Raptor, it will run with a Raptor, depending on the mods performance will differ. I dont really know about outrunning a Raptor though. I dont think it would be a waste of money, I think its interesting to see what will happen. If everyone had Raptors and 450's it would be boring, a full modded Warrior makes things interesting.

Mikey you had any problems with built warriors eating oil pumps or spitting up metal? Im pretty sure its coming from the tranny as everything else looks good.

There are no oil pump problems on there own, if it goes bad its usually something that sending metal through it. If its copper color its the rod bearing, dull alum. color thrust washers, or if its magnetic, something in the gear box.
