hub changing raptor to blaster

my bro has a blaster and i was wondering if could get him some hubs off a raptor and put on his blaster will they fit?

we got warrior spindles on the back of a blaster, my blaster now has nine inch rims. i don't know about a raptort, but the warrior mounts right up
