I would say that price is a little high. The atv is 6 years old, and it's only about $1500 less then what you can buy a brand new one for. I just sold my 02 Foreman 450 4x4 ES with only 130 miles on it for $4500. I'm now selling my 02 Rancher ES 4x4 with 25" 589 with 320 daughter miles on it for $4000. I would say you should be able to get it down between $3500-$3700.

You can get a new Foreman 450ES with Trax-Loc for $4,799, so $4,000 for a 6 year old Foreman is not a good deal, IMO.
