ok folks dont bother ordering anything from Team Factory Racing located in michigan you can find their ad on page 177 of the November Dirt Wheels these guys are a joke ordered a pipe last week for the Baja and paid extra to get it here last friday well didnt show of course called on that friday and got the run around called on monday of this week they told me i would get it this friday as they had no record of the order well today is here i called starting at the crack of dawn and kept getting thier snotty attitude still no record of my order or of anything...... called my credit card company and guess what they billed me when i placed the order the first time so any thoughts on who to go through ??

id ordered the pro circut t4 pipe and k&nand outer wear but im open to any advise as to where to shop and.. for mabe a better pipe i just dont want to be spending 4 bills on one and yea id like to get the dam thing

I'd refuse delivery and ask your credit card company to cancel the transaction. Service like that needs to be rewarded with lack of customers.

 

yeah dude just call your credit card company and tell them to cancel the payment due to undeliverd product. Rocky mountain has always come through for me.

Before purchasing anything, research into what companies everyone recommends. Team factory racing is one of the worst places too deal with....they even burned me once upon a time...never again though! Do not do business with Team Factory Racing......if you are lucky you will get your products. I would call every day......and getting hostile will not help either......I would be stern and get my point across, but not rude.

 

Try Onunes !!! they have a varitey of parts for the ds
