I have a Lectron 44 on my Raptor. I plan on trying to run some nitro with my methanol sometime in the very near future. My questions:
Will I need a richer needle, say just for a number, running 10% nitro? (I think yes and so did the guy who set up my carb)
How do I know which needle to use, or is just going to have to be trail and error?

Its a standard bore 44 with a power jet, if it matters.

With a power jet your set too go i would not run much over say12-15% with out a second power jet the more nitro you poor in the fuller you need to get the cycl. nitro likes fat !!! we will be trying a 35% mix here real quick[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]
the bike will either go VROOOOOM or BOOOOOM[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

AZSAND do you measure your mix of alky and nitro with a hydrometer or by volume?
