Does anyone know what size (length, diameter and thread) the front and rear bolts are?

I called Yamaha and all they could give me was a part no.

Three of them sheared off and one fell out so I can't measure the old ones.

 

I would like to know also. I just got my raptor and the skid came with them off the bike. The guy had no bolts....So any info would be helpfull!!

 

Check out some of the on-line microfiche at albaaction.com. They have a description of all original equipment parts. That may help.

 

I'm not sure of the size either but make sure that it does or does not have aluminum spacers between the skidplate and the frame... this may effect your bolt length.

 

I pulled one of mine of and I know it's metric but all I have is an american tape measure and the entire bolt from tip to tip is 1 5/16 long and looks like an 8mm fine thread I also am using a 1/4 inch spacer between. Hope this helps..

 

I no the front ones are a different size then the back ones and they are metric but not sure on size.

 

got it knocked out for us man............the back two are 8mm and the front two are 6mm. mine are about an 1" long. It is working for me....so.........

 

8mm 1.25 pitch and 6 mm 1.25 pitch there about 25 mm Damb I sound like a foreigner
