Whats up all? I have small question. I dont have my owners manual yet for my 300ex. Its being sent in the mail at this time. My question is whats the recommended amount of air pressure thats supposed to be in my front and back tires? Please let me know and be specific please.

check cold.4.4 frt,2.9 rear.variance of .4up or down.I keep my wifes at 4.4 on frt and 3.5 on rear and seems to work really well in dirt especially when jumping.

I run 6.5 up front and 5.5 in the rear. Only had 3 flats in 1 1/2 years. All were in the same tire, right rear.

mpm,
There's really no hard & fast rule regarding tire pressure. A lot depends on the type of terrain you're on; deep loose sand, rocky hard pack, mud, etc., so it's sometimes necessary to alter the pressure to fit the conditions. My Warrior came with The Dunlop oem slip & slides. I ran them usually at 5 #psi for the rocky terrain we have here. Lower psi can cause rim damage &/or loss of seal at the bead in hard cornering. I got rid of the stock skins soon after I got the machine & have run Bandit xc's ever since with 6#psi all around. It's largely a matter of choice & how you ride. If you plan to do any jumping or aggressive riding, I would run at least 5 or 6 lbs all around & see how you like the handling & go from there.

I like to run 5 pounds of pressure in all my tires.
