Question: '86 250R ATC swingarm

I need a replacement swingarm for my 3-wheeler. It is an '86. I have seen a few aftermarket ones for '86 TRX. Will that fit the ATC? Will I have to get a new carrier or will an aftermarket swingarm accept the stock carrier? Any advice from previous experience? Thanks, TopTrike

86 Swingarm is the same as 86, 87 TRX. The 85 ATC Swingarm will also work but then you need the 85 Carrier and brake stay. Check Cal-ATV they have a ton of ATC new & used parts. Also always 1 or 2 listed on E-bay, just watch for cracked ones.

I suggest the aftermarket to get an extended swingarm. Most also allow for adjustable ride height. Best upgrade I've made. Mine is a WestCoast product.
