Official: Utah gov to head EPA

Utah is definately a free state...

You can ride your OHV down nearly any town street other than the bigger cities i.e. SLC/Provo/etc.
No restrictions on what you run in terms of sound/lights/etc.
Even the cops run red lights
You can have more than (1) wife it's not legal, but they won't haul you in

Uhhh... except for taxes...

Tax for pissing on sidewalks
Licenses are required on absolutely any motorized vehicle (even little 50's - WTF?)
Licenses are required to perform absolutely any trade

No tax on extra wives though!

You can ride your OHV down the street but if somebody calls and complains the cops will give you a verbal warning. And then they will apologize for pulling you over, and say they had to do it cause sombody called.
