Is the white brothers rev cdi for the 400ex worth it? How much of a diffrence does the advanced ignition curve make? I have heard that the xr250 cdi is the same as what white brothers is selling you does anyone have the honda part number for it?

I've heard that the XR250 CDI and the one sold via White Bros are the same. The part number for the XR250 CDI is 30410-KCE-671.

I'm not sure...I found that part number from a post when I searched the same subject a few months ago...and to be honest haven't bought one myself yet. You could check with your Honda dealer, and just have them order an XR250 CDI for a 99-00 year model, or maybe someone else that has made the change can post the part number. Whatever you do, let me know cause I too intend to buy one soon.
