what would be better to get a yfz450 or the 450r i am haveing truble
deciding i looked both up on there web sites but does the 450r have a push start.

 

Well, right now the choice is easy... YFZ.

The Honda is kick only - that's good in my book.

 

dude...the YFZ. not bashin the 450r it prolly a great machine but the YFZ is my preference.

that electric start sure is nice when youv'e been riding hard in 100deg temp and your tired and thirsty, thats one of the reasons i sold my yz426 and went to a quad. everything i have read so far sounds like the honda will be right up there with the yamaha.

 

450r is kick starter but wen u have a machine that kicks its more natural..I would wait for the 450r to go on sale then see how it runs and how it goes then make ur decision becayuse i cant tell u the yfz450 is definetly reallt awsome ive seen a few and watch them almost smoke banshees

 

the 450r hasnt been tested so im not sure, but remeber the 450r was made after and made to compete with the yfz.

 

Rumor is they still have probs with the 450r motor , they changed the piston from the bike motor cause all the probs but I have heard the top end still sucks and Honda's famous reliability is going to go down the tubes .

I am a Honda fun more then a Yamaha fan but the YFZ is still the top dog in my book.
