nothing. i just have to much time on my hands and would like to compare them. see if there is any strengths or weaknesses to either. also it would be nice to have a back up setup if i ever needed it for anyreason. i am also looking for a used tm45 if anyone has one.

My kit came with the 95 needle, oversize tube, oversize float needle & seat,5 pilot jets ranging from around 50 to 70, different piece that holds the tube in and mains screw into, and 9 dellorto main jets ranging from 270-330 (different threads than Mikuni main jets).

Pilot jets are useless, maybe OK if you activate the pump. I drilled one out to .060" and it ran good until cooler weather came. Haven't tried it without one yet. Tube is around .125", can't remember the part number. Planning on taking it apart tonight, can get all the numbers if you want.

I don't see how it would pick up fuel without a pilot jet, but a lot of people say they do fine. Gonna drill mine out bigger tonight.

Find the Mikuni dealer in your area, have him give his distibutor a call and tell them what you want.
they will send out a new sample tube, needle, main jet extension, and drain plug.

Install the parts, Drill out your main from .101 to .128
Drill out your pilot to about.072 ( this will cut the bottom off of the pilot just)

Advance timing

If its cold out, prime with gas ( just a little bit)

Fire the bike

This is the approach I used bike runs great other than the gas priming in cool weather.

Ron Woods has the kit. Go to rotax.com and get the # and call. I run no pilot and it works great.
