I need a 45 pumper jet for the Mikuni Tm45, and the smallest one out there is the 50. Anybody have any suggestions on where I can get a 45 or have one made?

 

Call a Harley Dealers,, thats what I did to get my parts..
Other wise call Mikuni.

 

Sorry, none of those are wierd enough - they dont carry a 45. Been there done that.

 

You can shorten your plunger rod by about 2-4mm to shorten the squirt duration & lean it out. That's what I did to mine & it helped out tremendously!

 

Yep, the pump was set up perfectly, then I went to 110 race gas when I went with the 14:1 piston. I didn't realize I had to go that much leaner - It ran good, but apparently left quite a bit of build up on the valves.
