P650 Belt Light Switch

Anyone out there know of a place to get a parts diagram for the P650 which shows the location of the Belt Light Switch or can anyone tell me where to look for it?
I just installed the black spring and removed a shim to quiet a belt churp (hats off to NYROC and his awesome website!!) and figured I would reset the belt light in the near future but I didn't see anything that looked like a "switch" . . . I assume that it is in the top of the interior CVT cover.
Thanks!

There is a black box on the top of the belt cover, about halfway between that big rubber boot (top rear of cover) and the KEBC motor (front top of cover). When you remove the cover, the switch is on the inside of the cover where that black box is. It is kinda shaped like a little T that is meant to be flipped by a loose belt.
If anyone has a photo of it, I should post it.

Thanks Nyroc - I think I know what you are talking about - it is a rectangular box on the top of the outside of the CVT cover - so when I remove the CVT cover, just look for the underside of that box and I will find the switch
I gotta tell you - Kawasaki should give you a sponsorship with that site of yours - I am far from being a mechanic, but was able to do the Black Spring install and shim removal with full confidence following the directions in your tech tips. With the new spring and the removal of my bigger shim (either 1.4 or 1.0 mm - I left a .6 on) my belt is nice and tight without a sound. Trailhog's idea of using a flat 4" x 1" plate was easier for me than the PVC cap (I tried both) so that I could get at the circlip and get it seated, but I had to put a spacer between the top spring retainer and the plate to be able to compress the spring enough to get the circlip seated
Couldn't have accomplished it without the posts that you maintain. Thanks again

I asked Kawi to sponsor me, I think that my request didn't make it to any decision makers or something. I only want a V, a new P and a 360 so I can be more informative on those models too.
I am about to contact other quad companies and show them what I would do for them (and remove all kawi related info). I might get taken seriously by someone else.

You trying to start a riot in these forums ?!?! How many innocents would suffer at the hands of Kawasaki's ignorance! Don't do it . . .
If you must, please give us some advance notice !

I've often thought, though, that I could secretly replace my Prairie 650 with the new and improved Prairie 700 and she'd never know the difference.

I am not switching brands unless "motivated" to do so. I am just tired of being a free advertiser. I thought that if I did this for a while, something good would happen. But, it didn't.
Wheelcow, you still made the right decision in your quad purchase.
