Default polaris 90 carb problem. help!

My son's 90 is spitting gas out of the carb while idling. could this be that the float need adjusting? Or is it something else?

Adjust the float position. This is done by bending the tab that pushes up on the pin. Make sure you don't cut the fuel off. Also make sure that the machine has fuel at wide open. You can lean it out ands burn it up quick if you don't.

hi , our does as well but with the air tube on it will be repicked up and burn..I think it is due to the high secondary compresion and poor std. reeds not closing quickly / fully enough at idle. my vote is don't worry or change your float level unless you have more serious symptoms.

thanks u guys. i will leave it where its at. its not causing a problem accept the air box gasket swelled up and the air box seems to have warped so it doesn't seal. i ordered the k&n filter and air box from advanced sleeve. i hope that will work well. i just hope i caught it soon enough.
thanks again.
