Anyone have a recommendation on one of these, that's small enough to carry in the Rancher storage area (and uses the power outlet)? Or do you recommend a one-time use canister-type thing?

Thanks, Nathan

(And you have recommendation of where to buy it on-line?)

You might try J C Whitney's web page. I have a small one I carry in the storage box on the rear rack of my KQ. I don't recall where I got it at the moment.

I have found through personal experience that the small compressors are nice, but if you pop a bead you will need either the little CO2 type of tire filler or an aerasol can of that fix a flat. the small compressors do not have enough volume to reseat a bead. Even with the aerosol can we had to use a racheting type of tie down to put around the tire tread to help push out the side walls.

The problem with the compressors is: they fall apart from the ATV's vibration. I used to own a Grizzly, and first had compressors (I had to keep replacing them) then switched to a compressed air tank.
