Please help me i just got my first 250r i want it to have more spark. i gues you would upgrade the cdi,coil,and the stator but what is the best????????????????

You can change to a cr ignition for a better spark, lighter stator & flywheel. Eddie Sanders racing sells the cr setup for the trx. The only downside is you will not be able to use your light. The esr kit is a really nice setup and worth the $. It has a billet ign. plate new cdi box and wiring harness, stator and flywheel.

 

cr is my #1 choice

Do i use the flywheel,stator,cdior coil if any what year would be best??????????

Read my first post...I use a 2001 cr 250 ignition system. If you are going to do it yourself you will need an adapter plate to mount the stator esr sells them for $79. The whole kit [stator, flywheel, cdi, wiring harness, adapter plate...] is $480 from esr. Their is NO provision for lights.

just do the kit from esr. i remember pricing it all out seperately and it was more expensive
